**What my title doesn’t say about my work**

I’m always interested in the human-aspect of systems and software development. All systems have users and thus keeping the human at the center of everything is, in my opinion, key. Whether the work relates to something technical or organizational, humans as users are ultimately always involved.

**In reality, "Think beyond AI" means…**

When AI becomes the norm, what is the thing that actually matters?

**What kind of problems are you particularly good at solving?**

Complex and abstract ones. I enjoy the vagueness of ill-defined problems and love bringing clarity to them.

**What sets you apart from other AI consultants?**

I’ve got a background in human-computer interaction and this gives a uniquely user-centric angle to things. Having an interest in how systems are interacted with from a more grassroots perspective is a real differentiator imho to the more data- and process-centric angles.

**An experience from my career that shook my thinking**

Early in my career I got an opportunity to work in an organisation where the way people worked in a professional capacity was far beyond what I have grown accustomed to. I needed to make adjustments to how I worked and how I processed information presented to me. This experience really embedded in me a method to always make the most out of each organization I work for, searching and finding the people that can support me on what I’m trying to achieve and how I can make their work easier.
