What my title doesn’t say about my work: I love data and modelling, but I feel the most interesting problems are the ones where data is hard to get. Which is either a very logical interest or a deeply suspicious one, depending on who you ask.
In reality, "Think beyond AI" means…: Looking beyond technical solutions :) very rarely that leads to real change.
What kind of problems are you particularly good at solving?: Solving complex problems that require a lot of details, usually ones without data!
What sets you apart from other AI consultants?: My statistics background makes me want to sit at the center of the distribution where “normal” is, by definition, optimal. So my honest answer: probably nothing remarkable. I’m a straightforward worker, focused on results and usability.
An experience from my career that shook my thinking: It is easier to get results when you are surrounded by good people, where their skills boost your own. This works for both clients and colleagues. And the thinking matters too: positivity doesn’t just make you easier to work with, it literally shows you more options. Problems that look like dead ends usually aren’t, if you approach them that way.
